When your order is placed we will send you a confirmation email. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and tracking number. You can track your order using Blue Dart Tracking Service: https://bluedart.com/home

Regions

All orders will be shipped from Farindabad, Haryana, and delivered by Blue Dart Home Delivery Service. Expected Delivery Times will vary based on your address location.

West India: Including Chatisgarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Goa, Guijarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Daman and Diu.

East India: Including Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Tripura and West Bengal.

North India: Including Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

South India: Including Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Pondicherry, Tamilnadu, Telangana and Laksadweep.

Shipping & Returns

We understand that everyone who orders from us is eager to receive their MadRabbit products as soon as possible and we do our best to make this happen. We offer free shipping on all orders placed on www.madrabbit.in.

Shipping with MadRabbit

  1. Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
  2. We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.
  3. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.
  4. To ensure that your order reaches you swiftly and safely, Noise uses only reputable courier partners.
  5. While Noise attempts to ship all items in a single order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
  6. All orders are shipped with an invoice from Noise. In case you don't receive an invoice, you may submit a ticket by filling out this simple form at support.gonoise.com/support/home
  7. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
  8. A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by visiting www.gonoise.com and clicking on support.gonoise.com/support/homeThis will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.
  9. The payment methods that are available are cash on delivery and prepaid options. Noise does not provide COD services for all pin codes. At checkout on gonoise.com, there is an option 'Check Cash On Delivery Availability' where you can enter your pin code and confirm whether COD is available at your address.
  10. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Noise Customer Service immediately. You can reach out to us at support.gonoise.in with your order ID and images of the product. Noise will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
  11. If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and submit a ticket at support.gonoise.in, mentioning your order ID. Noise will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
