• Replacement of a product is acceptable in the following cases:
  • The customer can return the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to them.
  • If the customer establishes that the product received is in defective condition or has a physical damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.
    Note: In this case, photos and video proofs are required.
  • If the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • In the event that you receive damaged or defective items, please report the same to our website support team. The request will, however, be entertained once a MadRabbit support team member has checked and determined the same at their end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by MadRabbit.
  • If you believe that the product you received is wrong or does not match the specifications listed on the website, please contact the MadRabbit support team via our website within 24 hours of receiving the product. Further, the MadRabbit support team will test the issue reported and do the needful.
  • Replacement of a product will be void under the following circumstances:
    1. The product has not been operated according to the MadRabbit instruction manual.
    2. Any accidental or incidental damages caused by the customer, house pests, or pets; prior repairs made by unauthorised persons; tampering with the product; usage of a non-specified charger;
    3. Damages caused by natural occurrences, exposure to extreme temperatures, or spillage or logging of food or liquid on the product
    4. Issues pertaining to the look, feel, scratches of the product or dim displays under sunlight or sound quality.
    5. Damages caused by the accumulation of dust or dirt.
    6. Physical damage is not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Please keep in mind that no returns or refunds will be given. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.
  • Cancellation made after product dispatch is subject to a deduction of shipment charges from the refund amount.

What happens once replacement has been requested?

If a replacement has been requested, the MadRabbit Customer Support Executive will send you an email explaining the complete process. The replacement will be initiated after we receive the original item from you.
